When a part is broken, discontinued, or undocumented, we measure it, model it, and manufacture it. You own the CAD model.

- A critical component failed and the supplier no longer exists

We hold the functional dimensions (bores, mating faces, thread specs) instead of blindly copying every surface.
Improve while replicating
Copying a failed part reproduces the failure. We flag weak points and can redesign them.

The recreated model goes straight into prototyping or small-batch production in-house.

Do I need to ship you the part?
Usually yes, since accurate measurement needs the physical object. For simple geometry, calibrated photos and key measurements can be enough.
Is reverse engineering legal?
Recreating parts for repair and maintenance of equipment you own is generally fine. We don't replicate parts protected by active patents for commercial resale; if there's a question, we'll raise it.
